When does the free weekend usually come around for this Achievement? WHen has it been the past few times?

I checked and i got mine on the 5th of July 2013. That said the free week end thing may happen completly randomly i don't know :/

U need just to play with somebody on free weekend

One option is when it comes out on a free weekend get a friend or 2 together and have someone create a free steam profile under a different name, download left 4 dead 2 and his friends play it with him to get the achievo, then have one of your friends sign in to that "new profile" so you can sign back in to your original and play with them so you can get it.

Basically just make a new temporary profile to use for getting it during a free weekend.
