serveur dédié officiel inaccessible

Bonjour,
Je n'arrive jamais à créer la moindre partie sur les serveurs dédiés officiels alors que mes amis n'ont aucun problème.
Par contre ça marche très bien si je passe par d'autres serveurs (meilleurs serveurs dédiés).
Cependant dans ce cas les parties sont systématiquement vérolées : tank invisible, chaque joueur en 4 exemplaires, aucun infecté hormis les spéciaux etc.
Comment rétablir la situation (config steam ...) ?

Yes, best available dedicated servers will be frequently modded; you can try to find a Steam group with vanilla servers available in your region. That's strange that you can't find any official dedicated servers, you *should* be reaching the Valve official servers in your area, but you could always try changing your download location a bit.

Left click on the name of the game list > click properties > local files > verify intergrity of game cache...

What do you mean unsuccesful operation? if it failed to verify? did you try again? have you cheked updates? have you re-installed the game?

Download location is from your Steam settings- go to 'settings' from the Steam client program, and then try another download location. This will enable you to use servers from other locations, if that is the issue.

Mon problème n'a pas évolué. Il n'est toujours impossible de créer une salle d'attente sur un serveur dédié officiel. Sur un autre pc branché sur la même box par contre pas de problème.
J'ai supprimé steam puis l'ai réinstallé, j'ai supprimé l4d2 puis réinstallé, désactivé antivirus et parefeu et n'ai aucune application qui tourne en tâche de fond. J'ai changé la région de téléchargement en vain. Please help me !
