I have to buy the game now?

I snagged my free copy of Left 4 Dead 2 during that one day give away on Christmas and I recently shared my library with my friend. Now my Left 4 Dead 2 is in his games, most likely because he bought the game, and whenever he's playing one of his games I can't play Left 4 Dead 2. Any help?

Unshare your account and you will have access to your game again. Also make aure your not using a beta steam program.
