I logged in today and saw that L4D2 is the second top selling game on steam right now. Why is this? Is something awesome happening in the modding comunity or was there a big sale?

What sale? When was the game on sale? Yesterday's Daily Deal was Risen and today is Stronghold HD. I don't see L4D 1 or 2 on sale at all right now nor are they part of the weekly deals either...
