The least skill-dependent ways are fire or doors in realism. Crowning, shove locking, melee kill, etc are all kind of tricky and require practice.

shotgun if you are leet
I use sniper rifle then push her off the roof on no mercy
Edit: 99 problems and a witch aint one
I can't tell you how many times I have watched people flub that shot and then stand there like a duck looking for thunder while she incaps them. More often than not, it is possible to kill her before any real harm is done.
This is the way that I learned the expression when I was a kid.
Edit: Looking for thunder adds the sense that the person is completely in left field with no hope of return.
It makes perfect sense.
New players enjoy trying to kill witches.
Ducks enjoy the rain.
Both are blissfully unaware of the possible consequences of their respective situations.
When she stumbles, you melee her, sword slash, melee, sword slash until she is dead.. Not easiest, but most fun.
