i'm not sure of the fix. if l4d2 audio works on official maps but not in the custom campaigns then i'd have to chalk it up to being a problem with the custom map.
i noticed you got it from the steam workshop, maybe unsub from there and download it off of gamemaps. i didn't take a look but maybe the steam workshop version is not from the original map maker? searching the net i notice that DBD-DC has had some audio issue for other players.
not sure about Undead Zone...never played it.
