Looking good players to practice with

Its been happening more and more that I end up in an online game with very good players (over 300 hours gametime) which dont tolerate any mistakes and will kick you if you arent as good as they are. Personally playing versus online is my favortie game mode, but many players ruin the game experience. I know most people will say "practice offline before you try playing online" but i feel that it isnt the same and it shouldnt have to be like that.

I'm looking for a couple of players who are intrested in playing together who are intrested in teaching me a little and enjoy helping and offering constructive criticism. I wouldnt call myself a "noob" and I dont always play bad, but I am far from being good at the game. Obviously players who feel like me and are also tired of being looked down upon are welcome to join me as well.

If you can assemble 8 players similar to yourself, you can have a good decent match for practice where it is even accross the board. So you will learn on both sides.
If you like Versus to play/practice special infected, There is a server called Anime server with a steam group that is modded. Here ALL players are on infected side and play against survivor bots that run through the map.

Really? that sounds pretty good could you get the I.P address for me, i'll have a look at it.

I am sure I can find the steam group link eventually. I tend to run into that server often while trying to find a game on Dead Center.
