一打开弹窗就说无法加载d3d，安装了很多插件都不管用，后来重装显卡驱动也不管用，显卡是ati4600，玩盗版的话很流畅，不知道为什么就打不开了

Try : Library > Right click on L4D2 > Properties > Set launch options and add :

-w 1280 -h 720 -refresh 60

w : width
h : height
Replace 1280 and 720 with your own values.
