Suggestion: Add Camera "4"

Dear TSW Team,

I hope anybody from the TSW will read this thread. I want to suggest a few things concerning the cameras in TSW.

At first, I'm missing the option to lean out of the windows which was accessible in previous Train Simulators by Shift+1.

Secondly, I'd love to see the old camera "4", where you can see your train coming and passing by. I loved it in previous Train Simulations and I think it would be a great addition to the game.

Use the arrow keys. Left arrow out left side 2 left arrow out right side. Left and right click and step through all cab views.

I know, that this an opportunity but I would like to switch directly to this camera by using shortcut shift+1 when I'm in camera "3" for example.

The GWE locos don't have this views, only the in CSX.

The class 66 does. The 166 and the 43 do not because they do not have side windows that open.

The class 166 has a side window you can open, well not in TSW.

Leider funktioniert die ursprüngliche Kamera 4 Einstellung immer noch nicht.
