As for your other question, You're right. This is just a "base game" with the first DLC (CSX) included with it.
Of course these are just my opinions on how I understand it to be. But it has been confirmed on their website and by James, that DLC for the base game is already in the works!
I just want to make sure that I buy the new line of Train Simulator, and not just some small release and in 12 months "Train Sim World" will come out which is a separate game from this one.

Don't worry! As I said in another thread, Train Sim World: CSX Heavy Haul and the technology it is built upon is effectively the base platform for all future content and the entry point for what will evolve to become Train Sim World.
