I am not seing much about it when i google it and just wondering if this is some kind of scam

With the latest update, SKPCS keeps opening many processes launch.exe, after closing a software it seem that the launch.exe corresponding isn't closing. After a while some softwares cannot be opened anymore and I have to manually close all the launch.exe processes in order to be able to launch new softwares. I have tried reinstall 2 times, still not better...

This program did not work to protect me against a program that infected my computer. I uninstall all my anti-virus. Is it because of windose 10?

I reinstalled SKPCS and the activation servers cannot be reached, are they all disabled ? Thanks !
