Usually when I'm running a game at 4K, the Steam overlay will be a lot smaller than usual. That's not the case with this game.
Exactly. It's also apparently not running in exclusive fullscreen, which usually hurts performance.
If you are used to play games in 4k even 1080p looks kinda blury and washed out. So i really want to get the full 4k expierence of the game!
Is it possible to tweak some .ini files or something like that?

Yes, it does. Btw, are you on NeoGAF? There's a member there with a virtually identical user name, though that someone seems to be a fellow Vancouverite, and your profile here says something about Brazil. :-)
And yeah, I'm brazilian but living and working in Vancouver :)
Edit - btw, good call, Steam profile updated.
My resolution was set at 1097x617 :s
+1 ability to disable chromatic aberration (ew)
+1 resolution option in the game settings
+1 actual AA information (e.g. 2x, 4x, ...)
This is what I've got:
[/script/engine.gameusersettings]
bUseVSync=True
ResolutionSizeX=5440
ResolutionSizeY=3060
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeX=5440
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeY=3060
WindowPosX=-1
WindowPosY=-1
bUseDesktopResolutionForFullscreen=False
FullscreenMode=0
LastConfirmedFullscreenMode=0
PreferredFullscreenMode=0
Tried resolutions between 1080p and 2160p, and no luck there either. Be it 1440p, 1620p, 1800p, etc. It's either 1080p, or 2160 like I said before. Oh well, I'll try again tomorrow. :/
