When you hit "Play", two options should show up: "Play Fate/EXTELLA" and "Launch Configuration Tool". If you choose "Launch Configuration Tool", there are options there.
If you right-click the title in your library, there is a "Launch Configuration Tool" option there as well.
Personally I selected 4k and it's much better res quality than 1080p.

Update:
AA is pretty ugly, I turned it off and used SMAA with reshade. Other cool things work with Reshade such as AO. Edit: AO not so good because it shows up even behind objects.

Game at 4K stays above 120FPS for me. So damn fluid.
After I finished the game I decided to poke around to find that a developer replied to a different thread (this thread) where I found out I could open up a launcher to then fullscreen the game. I guess a port is a port, yet that stuff should have been in the main settings in the game. What's done is done, and I was made to feel stupid and I'm not happy with that......
Well, at least the post-Nero arc shall have happier gaming now that it's full screen.
On the launcher, you cannot change the resolution to anything above 1600x900 when selecting Windowed Mode.
