It is not broken, it was removed from sale by the developer.
I found this on a removed games collector group.
'I have tried reaching out to the dev who informed me that since they were bought out by Microsoft, they no longer have keys available. I haven't reached out to the Publisher yet. If you guys kknow where we can buy this game for Steam, please let us know. Thanks.'

So yes it's gone.

It's still available on the Nintendo Wii's Wiiware for 1000 wii points. I just played the demo and thought it was okay.

You can still buy a boxed version on Amazon. It might have a CD key you can use to add it to STEAM.

I bought the CD-case reprint by Encore, on Amazon. It does not come with a CD key (and this game is not on the list of retail games whose keys you can use on STEAM). It worked well in WIndows 8.1 with an nVidia card.
