Deadzone fix works fantastic!
It seems difficult if not impossible right now using the Dpad to in/decrease number of rounds to buy by 1. So it might be nice to change that so it slowly goes down/up 1 at a time if pressing left/right, but by 10's if pressing up/down on Dpad. This, in other games, has given the finesse of buying a specific amount, while keeping annoyance at bay trying to get max amount via allowing jumps of 10.
Edit: Being able to sell things might allow me to get armor now.
The buy/sell for same price is great for experimentation.
Bug:
I had regular ammo in both slots and the Cluster Mod equipped on one for experimentation. I then sold the Cluster Mod without un-equipping it, and replaced the regular ammo in that slot with a ♥♥♥♥-ton of Peircing Ammo. I start The Blob NG+ fight again and notice when the mobs come out and I try to fire a stream of piercing ammo that it fired a shotgun blast, and had a cooldown. The Cluster Mod was still equipped even though it shouldn't be.
This also happened with the chainsaw. I tried it out, but then decided to sell and forgot to place anything else in the melee slot, and I still had the chainsaw.
Short term I'll sell something, then buy the Cluster Mod so I can une-quip it, then sell it again, and rebuy what I sold.
For the Blob, when he spawns those pink pools with smoke coming up you'll want to throw a grenade to clear those out as they give a health boost to enemies, exactly like bursters when they explode in that pink state.
