How can I check if my city is available in 911 Operator?
Go to www.openstreetmap.org, search the name of the city, click the proper result on the list situated on the top left side of the screen. Check if property “name:prefix” is described either as a city or a town. If yes, the city will be available in the game.

What languages are supported in 911 Operator?

Full voiceover: English
Subtitles: French, German, Spanish, Polish, Chinese (simplified)
We might add some other languages in future. If you want to help with translation to other languages, please write to contact@jutsugames.com.
If you want to make some changes in the language files, go to StreamingAssets folder and translate the English file to your own language. Name the file as you want and after that press ~ in game to display a console. Enter the code: changelangto_<enter_file_name_here>

I found a mistake on a city map. Can you repair it?

We’re constantly polishing our game. However, due to enormous number of possible maps, we can’t manage to change every map individually. Maps in our games are based on data from OpenStreetMap service. We encourage you to take part in improving its open source content.
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Contribute_map_data

I bought the game on Kickstarter or paid by PayPal, but I haven't received the code yet.
Please contact our publisher at help@playway.com , they will be able to help you directly.

In my country, the emergency number is different than 911.

To make our game as realistic as possible, we decided to adjust all technical and law rules to the United States of America emergency dispatch system. We might cover more emergency numbers in the future.

The game doesn’t work properly on my computer. Could you help me?

1. Make sure that your computer fulfills the minimal system requirements. You can check them on the Steam product page.

I get negative points for resolving the cases, why is that?

Read your after duty reports carefully. It will help you understand why in some cases negative reputation points were assigned. Not every incident is supposed to be resolved by teams. Sometimes, it’s enough to give some instructions over the phone, at other times you should just ignore the call (e.g. prank calls). You’ll get positive reputation points for ignoring a call if it’s unnecessary to dispatch any units.

I can’t download a map. I got a message saying: “Sorry, server is not available at this time, please check your internet connection or try again later”.

1. Check your Internet connection.
2. Check if your firewall or antivirus isn’t preventing 911 Operator from connecting with the Internet.
3. Try again later. We’re trying to do whatever we can to provide you the access to the server. 4. However, some breaks in access to the server may occur, because of the heavy Internet traffic.
5. Meanwhile, you can try to play on the maps you’ve already downloaded, or to find more popular maps, which have been already converted by the server (the most issues with downloading maps occur when you try to download a map of a city that was never played on before and must be converted).

If you can’t download any maps at all, please download the file with maps from the campaign mode: http://cdn.jutsugames.com/911maps/911_Operator_Career_Maps.zip
After extracting the files, please read Readme.txt and follow the instructions.

Why do you have a DLC?

The content from the DLC was one of the rewards on Kickstarter. We made that additional content especially for our backers. However, we’ve decided to offer it to all players for a small fee. Why isn’t it free? We believe it wouldn’t be fair to all the Kickstarter backers, who spent more money to get an additional reward. The income from the DLC will be used for further development process of 911 Operator, during which we’ll prepare free content for future updates (new, fully voiceovered calls, new incidents, additional translations etc.).

I have a suggestion what you can change in game.

Thank you for all your feedback, please send your suggestion to help@jutsugames.com.
