I go into the game and can not create or join a game. then will come out this error: failed to connect to thienmv107.onehhundredandseven.axc.nl.port 80 what to do? Help.

The game gets about 15FPS max, no matter my settings. Any way I can increase the FPS other than changing the settings or getting a beast PC? (I'm using Windows 10) PS: I know it's in Alpha/Beta, so telling me that doesn't help
