Pirates of Black Cove Gold added to Bundle Stars Blaze of Glory bundle

I already owned Pirates of Black Cove, but I redeemed the key for the DLC. It seems it added Pirates of Black Cove Gold to my library. Is this normal? Clicking on it doesnt show it has achivements and that.. so its kind of weird

different steam ID, same goes for Commander: Conquest of the Americas. The gold version's of these two games do not have achievements. At least it was only a couple of bucks/quid/squid whatever :P
