No, because Steam takes 30% and the Reinforement Program are just donations to the developers, nothing else, just like Constellation membership in NS1 however now with special DLC.

Humble takes 5% cut from sales on their site and Paypal takes 2.9% +.30 per transaction.

Much better deal for the developers OP. Go create an account :p
