problem Time out

hello everybody!! :) (sorry for my bad english).
I played the game since 3 weks and i began to like it, no problem for play, just the time for load map :/, but i don't care.
I did the optimization for the game and no problem!!
After 2/3 days , i could'nt connect to my favorites server ( i had 5 or 6 favorites servers), after precaching i coming the game and i return to menu with the message "Time out" WTF????
My firewall is desactivate and my ports are open.
Before i had any problem for game now i can't play with my friend :(( and in the list of server my favorites are 999 ping and the number of players and map ther is nothing!!!!!!
Why????????
i uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but the problem of time out is again work.

Have you tried another server? Timeout basically means that the server crashed or is offline.

Same here the tutorial wont start.

yes i tried another server and worked no problem but my favorites server i couldn't join them and so i must find another server, i don't think that the server could be offline or crashed!!!

Perhaps that means that your favorite server is not up. or changed ip and the favorite still uses the old ip. try to unfavorite it and readd it as a favorite

i try to unfavorite and connect directly by ip in the console, the same error time out i think my favorites servers are down or off!!
