Just purchased game and worked till update

I just updated the game and I get a bug report and the game wont even start. just get a black screen then the bug report with a txt file and a dump.dmp. Help please I just baught it and can't play. My pc is more than capable of playing this game..I run crysis 3 on max

I get the same thing happening to me. It was working fine earlier before the update and now it can't even get to the opening screen before encountering a fatal error.

I uninstalled and re installed but nothing, my friend said he had it happen and they will fix it soon

Go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\

Try moving the Natural Selection 2 folder to your desktop.
