Turning off auto idle kick?

I finally had some time to sit down and install this game playing a few bot games but I noticed the bot commanders keep getting kicked.

Is there a setting I can disable? I know NS2 doesn't use normal config files like other Source Games and when I checked the local files its all *.lua ones.
