No..elites and rookies are welcome...there are ALOT of rookie servers that people will help you trough...just play toturials and watch a couple of youtube videos and you will be fine

king kahuna game servers and some other servers have set up rookie friendly servers which kick people with over 75-100 hours playtime and/or a high elo rank.

Those offer also rookie only and rookie friendly servers.
This is to improve the community overall. Rookies and Vets should be play seperated as it is not good for both sides to play mixuped.

Rookies won't learn the game with vets and vets get annoyed by rookies doing the wrong things. So the aim of those servers is to give both sides a place to have fun.

The same is done at many other games aswell.

Indeed, I'm sure we can all agree on how annoying it is when teams are unbalanced

I'd also suggest to any new players, to use a mic if you plan on being commander, or even just as a foot soldier a mic can be useful, I've been in games in the past, me and others all on one team, all of us are using mics.. Other team probably didn't have a single person using mic.. I'm sure you can imagine who won those matches :P

It really is a great game though, and I don't see the community dying anytime soon.. Hell, still get some of the old school vets kicking it on good ol'e NS1
