However, neither does it add naval battles nor does it improve the economy.
HOWEVER playing the 'Battle for Europe' capaign style mode and playing/paying as an indie title (assuming it doesn't crash) is one of the best things I've played in the strategy genre.
The developers really missed a golden opportunity to capitalize on this mechanic. The campaign map is really basic but when you contest a territory you fight on a map capturing towns and securing roads; for resources and access. Look it up on youtube it is crazy fun while it lasts.
Its the best hidden gem in the strategy genre.
