Those in progress means that a person are in progress of doing the translation. I usually write the in progress bumps as soon as I've sent someone the localization template.

I was actually interested to do the Bahasa Malaysia but seeing it is "in progress" i ceased to make a request. if there is any other way to contribute, I hope i can be a part of.
