Bought Gold, can't play original game.

Went on U-Stink, put in gold code, pirates and danse both work, but it asks me to "unlock" or buy the base game. derp.

The code I got from steam is not accepted, as it has "already been used", probably by me when I installed the game.

So, what do I need to do here to get the base 'effn game to work?

5/4 Edit- My game works. I tried only two things: First restarted Steam. Second, I put in a support ticket with Ubi-sad. Others have said that did nothing to help, and so it probably won't do anything for you either. But, uhh good luck anyways.

5/7 Edit- Looks like it's working for everyone finally. Ridiculous it took that long. So ends the longest thread I've ever started @_@

Having the same problem, the original campaign is greyed out and takes me to the store page to buy it again. Used my steam key and says its already been used.

Saw on the forums that this is happening because of today's patch? Can anyone confirm that?

Great... same here.... i uninstalled the game to try again, and now i have to wait for the download again....
And this Uplay portal is just making things more complicated.

same here was trying to test out the single player because i havent played in a while and wanted to see if i had that town screen freeze bug everyone was talking about but all the custom game maps are greyed out because it says i havent unlocked heroes 6 then says my keys been used when i try to unlock it

Guessing a hick-up from registration during patch process; no handshake from the server. Perhaps the patch has no effect on the two expansions then.

I'll check again in an hour or two.

as many people have advised on other discussions, the main campaign is greyed out becuasse they are trying to get the 2.1 patch to work on the servers, it doesn't affect the DLC as much as vanilla so you can still play the dlc.

Not sure how long it will take but it will be worth it, been waiting for this patch for months! Plus I have Shades of Darkness to play once it all goes live :)

Why Doesn't this work? Base Game all greyed out and asking me to renter the code. When I do this it says unique key already used. PLEASE FIX THIS
