New way to fix the install Issue

so i bought this game 2 days ago and still can't play until i found finnaly a new way to install it..
if you click on instal your first options is to save the dates(so not restart steam) in your steammaps in your C-disc or D-disc where ever your steam maps are, but if you make a new one in your E-disc or in another Disc-area with a new folder called Steamlibary and you install it there, than it might works :DDDDD i hope this will work for everyone.

for people who already own the game, just change the language of the game and install it (this is only for people who already own the game before 13-2-13 found by walter)

Walter is a god, he fixed my game, then everyone elts's games. But i think steam have now fixed the problam for the people who could not get on the game through walters solution
