How come Sumio answers the phone in the IMM Hospital when Chizuru calls him ? I just don't get it, right before her phone call, Sumio was struggling to use the audio recorder and the second after he's totally fine with the phone and answers clearly about what she's talking about.

Maybe they're using some sort of "Skype thing" like in Tetsu's car ? I'm pretty picky with this kind of details now i'm aware of the whole situation about Sumio I know, but this isn't right to me...

I know that, i just told that Tetsugoro has a video-Telephone in his car.

But Sumio is deaf and also tells Ayame taht "he have very bad hearing", he must read on lips to understand when people are talking to him, that's the deal. That's why he acted stupid when using the audio recorder at the IMM Hospital, he couldn't hear what he'd record on the device. That's why he's taking notes instead.
