This looks like a perfect VR experience for my children but I don't know how to add it to my library?

As title says. Is it some sort of a puzzle game where you have to get all the cars across the finish line? It looks interesting but I'm a bit confused if it's a "just mess around and have fun with tiny cars" or a "puzzle".

I could not figure out how to turn the music off. Am I missing something? The music is very annoying to me, and I could not stand more than 15 minutes of it. Also it seems there is no way to teleport or otherwise move around. I know these are not really directly related to the game itself (which seems fun), but for me they are breaking the game....

I have fond memories of the Racing Destruction Kit on the old Commodore 64 and this looks like it spiritual successor, but only if we can create/tweak/edit the roads and/or even the cities. I have all fingers and toes crossed that you'll enable such editing and really make this game shine! Bought it regardless :)...
