Windowed Mode Issues...Please Help!!!

OK, I've been at this ALL day. I finished downloading the game, had the 3d thing glitch everyone had, and fixed it. But now the game is super-laggy, I've also tried every suggestion, and the only good fix is to run it in windowed mode, and it works! But...
Here's the problem, although the game runs super-smooth in a painfully small window, I've noticed that most of the game screen is cut off. Like, for example, I see the upper left 1/4 of the game, if I want to click on an area below, like in the menu, or part of the screen below what I see, it won't work, it's incomplete!
Can someone please help me figure this out? I really want to play my game, and I'm getting desperate.
I've also tried the Borderless Windowed Mode App, but all it does is cut off the borders, as the app says, the screen is still incomplete.

how did you get arround the 3D glitch?

For the 3D glitch I found a video in YouTube showing the process used by fixing the configuration on the Properties bar in the game.exe file.
For the windowed mode, I tried many, and succeded with making the player.ini file, which I also found online.

BTW, I don't know what I finnally did, but the game actually opened in fullscreen without the lagging. I am quite stumped, but am glad it finally works! However, it might help for anyone else who has this problem to hear any sugestions for fixing the windowed mode, right?

absolutely! Post it as (here is I got around the 3D glitch) or something like that and let the info flow but it will get people thinking, how did those other people who persisted and found a way around that same glitch do it because it won't have been the same way you did it.
