Looking forward to trying this with the vive

It for some reason thinks the best place to center the screen is diagonally in the corner on the edge of my play space, meaning I can hardly see the ship if I stand in the middle. Why no way to reset this?

How to switch the camera to interior?

Quite often when starting the game, despite standing in the centre of the play space, with head looking forward etc, the game starts with the menu off to one side, or behind me, and then when selecting play, I find that "straight ahead" is with my head tilted one way or another. Playing on Vive, with Steam VR.... any ideas? Thanks...

Can't get my controller, mouse, or keyboard to interact with the game. Such a tease. (Using DK2.)
