great, dragon heart phylactery is disappeared after update. but dragon scales is appeared in inventory. airship syndicate, what a wrong with you?!

You had the Dragon Scales the entire time, but the visual/description was swapped with the phylactery. You actually didn't lose anything. You can now get the phylactery from the correct place.

That chest was supposed to contain the Dragon Scales. So, you have the Dragon Scales. The phylactery is elsewhere.

There was an issue with a couple of people's saves not being able to get loaded. We think we found the issue and are testing it now. Rolled back the update in the meantime. Update coming shortly! If you were affected, you can rest easy that nothing is wrong with your saves!

In the future in this game will new maps / weapons / features be put in place?

We did hotfix in this feature back in the Beta! You can disable controller vibration in BC.cfg. We've created a little tutorial on our forums with more info:

We fixed the issue that we ran into with some people being unable to load their save file with the update. With that said, it's getting later in the day and we want to make sure we are around if someone runs into another unforseen issue like this with the patch, so we are going to launch it first thing in the morning. The last thing we want is to launch it and have people be screwed overnight. If you were effected at all by the update, your save files are ok, so you can rest easy on that. Really sorry about this guys!***

My only issue is that I'm part way through a game and if I want to see these changes I have to start a new game it seems.

Your save will work fine. No need to start over. :) The only thing that isnt retroactive is if you already have a legendary weapon, it won't have updated stats (but that is towards the end of the game)

Ah okay. Well I'm nowhere near getting Legendary weapons. Thanks for the reassurance.
