It's an old game (almost seven years old), that's why you need the PhysX legacy drivers.

hey i just installed legacy drivers and physx stuff and error seems gone but when i open game it acts as if it is opening then shuts down..... can anyone help please?

It is included, open the local folder for the game files and the physx drivers are right in there to install.

That is a really old Physx driver...might work. Legacy or version 9.12.0613 would be more compatible I would think.
