Did you use Immediate Takeoff, or just Takeoff?
Did you line the aircraft up first, or did you initially give a takeoff clearance?
Does this happen all the time, or just once?
How many aircraft had been moved?
Sometimes restarting the application does the trick.
Anyone else seeing this?
It did occur after moving around 20 or 30 aircraft... Will give another try later.
I see that the panel location has improved a little bit, but it's still way out of the comfort zone for me. I'm going to do some paintbrush pics of what I think would be nice and post some links later so you have an idea of what I'm looking for. I have no idea what everyone else likes, but I think the best combo of not blocking the plane tag, and still keeping the panel close for economy of motion would probably make everyone happy.
Oh, and I just got to test out your tweak of the automatic camera pan when a crash occurs...........I litterally jumped in my seat, my eyes bugged, and I got an electric buzz through my body! lol And I'm not kidding!
The camera swung so fast, it was like a horror movie scene when you're not expecting the scare! May I suggest a slower pan for the camera. :D I almost had a stroke! hehe
To make sure the slower camera doesn't miss the crash, just drop the game speed down to say, 25%, i.e. slow motion and it'll still catch it. Alternatively, you could have the camera swing over, and then rollback and do a full replay.
I like your idea of a slower pan. I'm not sure if I will reduce the speed of play at the end, perhaps I will experiment with that.
Definitely, please send me screenshots of your ideas.
