Cannot start the scenario for the Addon

Already have the Heroes VII delux, just bought the Trial by Fire...and take a 6.6GB updates. Now the game should be up-to-date and i've verified the integration of the game. Everything seems does not have a problem.

And the game CAN be started but i just CANNOT start the new campain in the Addon...

The orginal campain work fine.

So...really sucks...just bought the DLC for nothing....money was spent and items get into the steam library but i just cannot play it...

Also, i'm in China, so i cannot reach UBI support...it does not even let me sign in...

I don't know if this may be your problem, but if you installed any mods, uninstall them.

Okay, looks like the Trial by Fire DLC was not even activated in the UPLAY....but it is in the steam Library...

good job...i purchased the game from STEAM and it does not activated in UPLAY so who should i ask for help?

i guess the best way is to refund...

if you can't do a refund, just reinstall it and play the game as a standalone. Don't connect it to an original Heroes VII.

Well...for me, it does not like a standalone one....actual, it does not ask me to download for the Trial by Fire...

At UPLAY patch AND DLC will be available today, on friday, 5th august, not on 4th of august. Why ? The devil knows...

If you purchased an original game in Uplay, then you should buy addon in Uplay as well. Otherwise they won't work.
