Important Announcement from the team

Dear Heroes,

Over the past year, we’ve had the pleasure of releasing the latest game in the legendary Might & Magic series, with Heroes VII and its add-on “Trial by Fire”.

We truly hope you enjoyed this new adventure through the rise of the Griffin Empire and we would like once again to thank you for your support. Shadow Councilors, your devotion will be remembered, working with you was an inspiring and memorable experience for all of us.

After 4 years of a close collaboration, our partnership with Limbic Entertainment is coming to an end and as such no further updates will be provided for the title. The forums will remain open to allow you to continue the conversation about the game and keep sharing your best creations.

We would like to thank all the teams involved in this project, particularly our friends at Limbic Entertainment and wish them the best in their future endeavors.

On behalf of the Heroes team, we hope you continue to treasure this series as much as we do and we are looking forward to seeing you again in Ashan!

I can't help to say that I'm disappointed. Yet again Ubi, you let another title in my favorite series go unfinished because of your corporate greed. I will not be purchasing the next title (if there is one) if you are the publisher.

Thank you that this nightmare is finally over! I hope you are able to wipe this stain off your *** and still continue to do what you all love. I really hope that they learned some vaulable lessons so they don't repeat this tragic nightmare. Best of Luck

Yeah...that's not going to happen Maverick. They didn't learn the first time, you really think they're go to listen the second? Look I get business is business but as we all say you cannot release a faulty product and not fix it so it's at least "defect free". Ubi should be writing out $40 checks to all of us who paid for both the vanilla game the the expansion for they're willingness to give us half baked product.

I now own 2 broken Ubisoft games, and they are both Heroes games.
I got fooled twice. Guess the blame's on me for trusting them a second time.

I must be one of the lucky ones. I've played several multopayer games and go through most with absolutely no issues. The few I didn't weren't program issues, we just didn't have time to finish them.

HoMM VII has a valid game concept. Still, it needs stability and functionality.

Without development, this game is dead.

I wish to express that I am not only disappointed but truly sad as well, because this titel had the potential of becoming my favoutte game.

Ubi, we are done. It isn't you it's me.... Well lets be honest, it is you. You once again screw over one of my favorite series and then walk away after taking my money without making it a functional game. Please do not ever pick up another historic series again. Your dev teams deserve better.

wow a lot of negative comments, glad i didn't buy this game i'll just stick to kings bounty and good old heroes 3, but i will say this heroes 5 not as bad as 6 and 7.
