what sort of results you guys getting with the built-in Benchmark utilty? Share your hardware configuration and your results.

All settings 100% maxed out.

2 Radeon 7950 (Crossfire)

Avg 95 fps
Max 141 fps

I have a Q for the OP. Why the hell are you running crossfire? 1920x1080 on crossfire is a complete waste...

The GRID benchmark is running a different race every time you start the test, so you can not compare the results. :-/

Everything maxed out at 1920*1080

Also, I was running loads of software while I ran the benchmark. Over 30 tabs in Google Chrome, Spotify, Wimp and 8 or 9 other programs.

Spec amd fx-8150, 16gb corsaire xms3, 2x amd 7850oc xfire everything maxxed out at 1920x1080 and i got

In game: 1440x900, vsync ON, graphics preset *automatic*=high, 4xMSAA
Ave: 60

CPU usage <80%, GPU usage <70%

Just did with Vsync off and Ultra preset:
Ave: 47
Min: 35
Max: 64
CPU: <60%
GPU: 100%

Interesting thing is my cpu usage went down and gpu usage went up going to ultra.

Going back to preset high with the vsync now off i get this:
Ave: 84
Min: 62
Max: 116
CPU: ~80%
GPU 100%-80%

It seems that choosing the AUTO preset works really well for my system. :)
