DiRT 3
DLC worth it?
Seems like there's a ton of stuff for DLC... but no real descriptions as to what each thing is. Is any of it worth it?

Thanks for reminding me that the dlc is not available on Steam so the whole game is not just $8.50.

The dlc is $57

Worth it - only one if you ask me, the free one :D
Are there any aditional singleplayer events for the career? Or are the DLC only new cars and tracks for multiplayers/kind of singleplayer arcade mode?

Download the Monte Carlo Track Pack[marketplace.xbox.com] and take on 8 breathtaking Rally stages featuring the dramatic climbs, descents and hairpins of snowy mountain roads. Race through the Alps and conquer the legendary Col de Turini pass in singleplayer, splitscreen and online multiplayer. There are no refunds for this item. For more information, see www.xbox.com/live/accounts.

$1.50 more than the game.

Nice... the link there reminded me that I own all of the DLC on the 360... what piece of crap... :-[
Dirt 3 Complete Edition off of Ebay: $20. Contains every DLC.

You're welcome. :)

That's funny... so during the summer sale, I paid $20 for all of the Dirt games... now I'd have to rebuy 3, for the DLC. Then not get to play it on steam? The DLC for that edition, comes on disk and is not compatible with the steam version.
Yes, but you can always link the game to Steam manually. Also, there are two codes for car packs included in the complete edition (they couldn't fit everything on the disc).

It all depends on how much you want to pay for DLC. If you're fine with paying more through GFWL, then go for it. The Monte Carlo tracks are wonderful.

Yea OR! Simply not buy it. ;-)
Obviously. But you're asking about the DLC. If you never had any intention of buying, then why start a thread about it? We take the time to try and help.
I understand that. But we're talking about the situation changing to the fact that it's not WORTH buying at this point.

I greatly appreciate the help though. Thank you! :-)

Do you have any further info on merging the DLC to the steam copy? I might reconsider if this seems like it might work. I can always merge it to mine and sell/gift the physical copy afterwards.
