Games on origin and steam dont work except ck2

Before all this started I had a ♥♥♥♥ load of ads on my computer. But all the games worked. So i decided to factory reset my computer cause the ads got so annoying. So i reset my computer and It finally loads. I dowload all my games back from steam and origin and I try to run them. I run dirt 3 first and it doesnt load. I tried bf4 and it didnt work. I tried Ck2 and it work idk how. I really need help and im not sure where to get help. Hope someone can help me. Please and thanks.

Have you by any chance installed the lastest drivers for you PC's hardware? It'd be useful to know the specifications of your PC ( video card, CPU, the model of the PC if it's prebuilt, etc ).
