Dirt 3 regular steam won't go full screen.

I start the game and go to options and set everything up and there is no fullscreen option.

I hit the max window button and it does nothing.

How do I enable full screen?

I use win10 pro x64, RX 480 8GB, 32 GB ram, i7-5820k 6-core, 4k Samsung 28" 4k freesync monitor.
