When one gets a new computer do I lose all my saved games?

Hey Starplayer - do not know explicitely - but you can backup your game files and presumably that would include saves.
Right-Click on Fragmented name in Library - go to the bottom of the resulting list and click "Properties." There, go to the third tab over - "Local Files" and there select "Backup Game Files"
Check "Fragmented", hit Next, and then you can select the destination for your save. That may do it.

Depends if you were playing locally or on a server out there.

Locally : make sure to backup your files as Tommy said.

Server out there : its all handled server side.

In either case, if you want to keep your key mappings, settings, etc. you might want to backup the folder called "Saved" somewhere under "Fragmented".
