There's Just one thing that bothers me [spoilers]
In the true ending, Neptune is putting something (herself?) into the river water? That just seems kinda weird and I don't know what the author was going for there. Could anyone offer up a non-creepy explanation, because it's kind of bothering me.

How I understand it is Neptune spends the majority of the game attempting to "corrupt" everyone else since she is "bad" and Jupiter and Venus are "good." She oozes this ichor that can contaminate others. However, it's not really a matter of "good and bad," it's more of not hiding who you truly are.

Neptune, while mean, is honest and doesn't hide anything about herself so she wants others to do the same. So, I think in the true ending, she's oozing her ichor into the river water so then if anyone drinks it, they'll feel compelled to be true to themselves.

But I could be completely wrong, haha. This is just how I saw it!
Basicaly, she spiked the punch.
neptune is referenced with the mythology for an ocean so that might also be part of it
"non-creepy explanation"

did we play the same game?
