When I go on steam to buy the game there is no place where I can buy it...

So the store page lists the requirements of a minimum 3m x3m. Will there be no way to scale this down in some way? I've already re-arranged my living room to allow for maximum Vive space and the physical width of my room is 2.7m. The sit-down demo on Gear VR is one of my go-to demos to show to people who have never experienced VR and I was really hoping to do the same with this one for the Vive. Will the game continue to demand this much? If so how do you expect people to play it? I only have a 970 myself
