map all blue

i wanted to download mods and on all youtube videos there was said that i had to delete everything in the cache folder of map but i just moved them to another folder
after the mod didnt worked i moved everything back in the cache folder but now everything on the map is blue andd all names disappeared , after several attemps of deleting and re-installing the game i looked to a forum where somebody told to delet everything in the folder and it worked for the the guy who asked.
but it doesnt worked for me .now i let steam check for missing files and it says 912 files are missing


does anybody know what I can do now?
