Magicka won't start.

Hey guys, I got one of those errors again.
I've looked and tried the solutions that is pinned to the board but it does not seem to work.
I've also changed the setting so that Magicka runs on my higher graphic card than the integrated graphic card and yet it still won't start.

When I click on 'Play', it comes up with error saying it stopped working and this comes up as detail:

I'm using NVidia GeForce GT 540M and have 4G RAM using Windows 7

oh this is easy go to computer/programfiles/steam/steamapps/common/magicka/dependencies and run xnafx31_redist
