Fnaf Mangle origins part 3
In Fnaf 2 night 3 phone guy tells us that the company tried to remake Foxy to be more kid friendly. When that happened everyone came to just blindly accept that he was talking about Mangle or rather the pink and white Funtime Foxy because it had matched the description of what he said at the time, but when you stop to think about it, there’s no evidence to suggest that. He doesn’t actually elaborate on how the company remade Foxy the pirate or if Funtime Foxy was the animatronic he was talking about. He doesn’t even address Funtime Foxy by name which we would we know from Fnaf world that, that was her real identity but Phone guys doesn’t say anything about it. Sister location constantly addressed you what Funtime Foxy’s name was. Sure phone guy had to be brief sense it was the middle of the week but that’s no excuse for being vague. But at the same time I also noticed that his phone recordings seem like there edited to be vague because of when he explicitly said that Foxy the pirate was always his favorite, like he told us that before but we know from the recordings he didn’t.

A lot of people like Dawko also believe its possible Foxy the pirate of Fnaf 1 was actually supposed to be in Fnaf 2 with Funtime Foxy as double act and I believe that there may indeed be evidence to support that starting with the Foxy Foxy teaser image of Fnaf 2 Where it showed Funtime Foxy standing behind a curtain with Fnaf 1 foxy and people have gone and confirmed it to be him. And in Fnaf 2 mangle has two heads. Many people considered the extra head as a possible parrot for Funtime Foxy for a little while. The problem there is that the head is far too big to be a parrot animatronic, and that there is no evidence to suggest that in the game. After all Fnaf world gave us a pretty good idea of what Funtime Foxy looked like and as you could see there is no parrot. No I think that second head is actually Foxy the pirate from Fnaf 1 because between Foxy and Funtime Foxy, regular Foxy is the only one that could have a fur suit ripped and torn apart by children with ease in contrast to Funtime Foxy’s plastic casings being more solid.

Some people including myself also just can’t wrap our heads around the idea of Funtime Foxy being pulled apart by children, to us that just makes the children sound ludicrously strong to able to tear hard plastic casings off an animatronic or even the metal limbs and remember these were supposed to be toddlers for crying out loud.

Brian Griffin: Your teacher is just trying to teach you all independence.

Stewie Griffin: We’re one, independence means we die.

But perhaps the answer was a lot simpler then we gave it credit for. If phone guy was talking about Foxy the pirate then it would actually make sense and line up with the character being out of order in Fnaf 1. The staff in Fnaf 2 as phone guy said had to put Foxy back together after every shift and I think I know what it was that they had to do. They had to put a new suit on Foxy the pirate every day until they just ran out of extra suit pieces for Foxy the pirate and just mashed him together with Funtime Foxy who had unfortunately suffered a similar fate at the hands of the purple guy during the killings. Evidenced by part 2 of the theory. Leaving them together as just the mangle.

But remember it’s just a theory based on facts from the franchise and nothing is concrete, but I hope you all had a fun time reading.

Some people may or may not agree with me but i for one think that this is a pretty solid theory and may even have merit.

I will also leave links to the other two parts of the theory right here.
