and Devastation have been removed from the steam store.

Currently have no idea what is going on right now

I tried to install the game today, & just got a Error Message that the Game is not configured Properly for Install. Is Steam Planning to Refund Those Accounts that never got a chance to play the game or have played it for less than the Refund Policies Allowed Playtime, I Understand for some like Myself Purchase Date is Waaay Past 14 Days but How many Games Will suddenly be Removed in the Future with no Return of Money Spent. I Hope someone here can help me out since the official Fourm link on my game description page wont connect with Game Forums.

I got war for cybertron last week!!!! I was waiting for fall of cybertron to be on sale...
I guess I can't delete war for cybertron ever, if I do, would I be able to re-download it?
