Why no General Discussion topic?

Legit question. Why don't you turn "Off Topic" into General Discussion or create a general discussion topic?

They're pretty much the same thing, there'd be too much overlap between the two.

At forums, off topic is to discuss something about other things than the "primary" discussion.
In this situation, off topic would be to discuss about B&W, Populous, Universim and so on.
Well, that's how it normally works

Suggestions and ideas should be put in the applicable sub forums and threads which have been made for that purpose.

There are people with problems getting bounced between forums already... which again General discussion would solve.

Melhadf, Having all problems that come up be in the tech support section is very efficient for the QA department. Which means problems can be resolved faster.

I didn't realize this game was so popular and high traffic that it needed multiple forums.

I have never seen any other developer do this and I have over a hundred games. Why is it even allowed?

I don't think it will be allowed much longer.
This whole deal has been so controversial that there's no way Steam won't take notice.
Pretty sure 22Cans is trying to keep their head above water in a room they flooded themselves.

I dunno - the original Godus should have been removed ages ago, but Steam did nothing. They don't seem to care.

Currently Godus rating is 67% negative. Godus war doing even worse 79% negative. Yeah your heavy handed hammering is very effective at killing a companies chances. Might behoove some of the representation to actually look up moderating, and product representation. Marketing has really been destroyed by your hands thus far. Unless ticking off and alienating your customers is a business tactic. Good luck with that.
