Dont say nonsenses. The only problem here is THIS GAME CANT ACTIVATE VSYNC.

I don't get it. I have a few games which render hundreds of fps, BioShock 1 run around 300-400 fps, no issue or voerheat. Higher framrate means the game runs smooth, barely stress the system since easily can render more frames. I use DSR to play on higher resolution, since runs to smooth and higher res make the game looks better, even if my monitor is 1080p. Runing on 4K I got around ~60 fps. I just don't know how this feature called on AMD control panel.
