Do save games transfer to Android?

I bought both versions as part of the Humble Bundle. Wondering if I can transfer my saves on pc to my Android later? If so, how?

Yes it works.
You have to rename the save game.

e.g. US0001 to 5068df2f-cb6f-4070-bd9f-2b059e6e32ff
Best way is to create a save game on Android, copy the file name and replace the file.

Same works from Android to PC.

Path on Steam-PC: \Steam\SteamApps\common\The Bards Tale\Saved Games
Path on Android: /Android/data/com.inxile.BardTale/files/SavedGames/

Just as fyi, you can sync the two with ur own little cloud solution. I da this with Bard's Tale & a few other games uSing SugarSync. Call of cthulu: the Wasted land also. the Win version isn't picky about the name of the file.
